Our full day 1-2-1 support has proven to be highly effective with excellent results.
The day is totally ‘open format’ and is usually used for job seeking advice. Alternatively it can be used for support in areas such as self employment or retirement planning.
In one day we can help produce an effective CV or CV’s (if aiming at differing job roles); help identify transferable skills and show how they can be applied to differing job roles; prepare an individual for interview; and update them on modern and traditional job search tools.
One very positive output being the production of an action plan highlighting clear direction going forward.

CV Guidance
Writing an effective CV highlighting skills and achievements Consultants advise on the language used, the layout and the introduction of ‘buzz’ words which enable recruiters searching the online CV databases to find them. Also we focus on the inclusion of ‘achievements’ rather than just duties and responsibilities. Our Consultant may as part of the day help to tailor a CV or type a CV from scratch.
As part of this process we will also advise on transferable skills along with the advantages of both Biographical and Functional CV’s, and cover Identity Fraud Protection with regards CV Databases.
