Extended Path Finder Service € 3,995 + VAT
Our Extended Path Finder Service is an enhanced and extended level of support aimed more towards Senior Managers and Directors. The support we provide is more ‘in-depth’ with a greater number of ‘face to face’ sessions than the ‘Path Finder Service’ and in addition includes nine months telephone support. The Extended Path Finder package is ideal for including in ‘compromise agreements’.
The main features of this package are the high number of ‘face to face’ meeting we hold, and the ‘active’ support we provide to the individual involved; the overall content of the package being both flexible and comprehensive. Some of the enhancements included in this package are:
- CV Writing - we will take the role of writing the CV rather than advising upon it - subject to Outplacement Subjects’ approval

- Rather than provide one session on interview training and guidance, we will meet the Outplacement Subject prior to an actual ‘real’ job interviews and run through a ‘dummy’ interview the position, providing feedback on how they presented their skills and self
- ‘Assessment Centre Handling’ - not only will we go through the theory behind how to handle such an event so the individual ‘projects’ themselves in the most positive way, we will go through actual examples of exercises.
- Areas listed below are also covered in greater depth and at a more practical level. For instance rather than talking through how to register ‘job search agents’ we will do this for the individual. In addition help the individual set up ‘online accounts’ with the CV database providers and show them how to upload their CV
- Market Research and Intelligence - We can help identify named individuals within target employers for the individual to approach, providing practical advice on the approach to take
In addition normal areas covered within the outplacement support programme include:
- CV writing and 'fine tuning' including optimising it for both online CV databases and making it easier to read and understand
- Where to look for jobs including getting the Internet to work for them, lodging their CV with Internet CV databases, and registering with (and advice on) Internet Job Sites
- Applying for jobs, and how to tailor a covering letter to accompany a job application
- Self Employment and retraining (if of interest)
- Advice on marketing one self to prospective employers including identifying transferable skills and determining other potential employment markets
- Advice on which agencies to register with and how to 'encourage' them to work with then as an individual
- Handling difficult interview questions and Competency based interviews. This is done in a very practical way, our Outplacement Consultant interviewing the individual around ‘common’ questions, and feeding back on how they are projecting both themselves, their skills and experience by their answers
- How to handle an Assessment Centre - if they are likely to undertake such an event.
- Psychometric Testing - we offer to the individual the opportunity to take a Psychometric Personality Profile to try and identify how being made redundant is being reflected in such profiles. The support we then provide is advice and guidance on how to handle ‘test related’ feedback interviews and likely questions they may be asked.
- Psychometric Testing - advice on the types of exercises companies use and how to approach such exercises
The content of this package is however flexible to the individuals needs.
Face to face sessions last 3.5 hours and the first session will be delivered within 5 working days of assignment, held locally in a Regus Business Centre - lunch provided.
