Active Marketing Service € 6,995 + VAT
Our ‘Active Marketing Service’ is geared towards supporting Senior Managers and Directors. It includes the ‘active marketing’ - ‘selling’ of the individual to prospective employers. In addition it covers the support provided in our ‘Extended Path Finder Service’.
We start by providing two ‘face to face’ sessions that cover the basics of job hunting. During the time gap between the two sessions our Outplacement Consultant - who is also an experienced Search and Selection Recruitment Consultant - will work with the individual to identify precisely what their skill set is, and draw up a list of potential employers to approach. This list will be provided to the Outplacement Candidate and agreement made on which companies are to be approached by ourselves - usually between 50 and 60 organisations.
The Consultant will then start to approach those companies by phone; identifying key decision makers with regards to potentially employing the individual; sending to those contacts a copy of the Outplacement Candidates CV; then following up the CV with the aim of gaining interviewers for the candidate.
This process can turn into an ‘electronic paper chase’ as the CV circulates within a business. Our policy is to try and identify line managers as points of contact in addition to Human Resources Departments. Although HR does have a strong bearing upon recruitment, our experience with Senior Managers in particular is that direct approaches to the Chief Executive, or at Director level, can often have a greater impact on results.
We DO NOT provide any guarantees that success will be achieved, but from previous experience such an exercise should generate some interviews and offers of employment.
In addition to the ‘active’ marketing the individual will be supported as per our Extended Path Finder Package.
